12. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT12.1 We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site at any time without notice.12.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Site and return any bonuses or winnings.

13. GOVERNING LANGUAGE13.1 These Terms and Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted accordingly.

CONTRIBUTION TO LOSSES18.1 In no event will we be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Site, including but not limited to technical difficulties, server errors, or unauthorized access to your account.18.2 Our liability is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the incident.

19. DEFAULT AND REMEDY19.1 If you fail to comply with any provision hereunder, we may take such action as we deem necessary to enforce our rights under these Terms and Conditions.19.2 Upon breach by you, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

20. FINAL PROVISIONS20.1 These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements between us regarding your use of the Site.20.2 Any provision hereof that is held to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the other provisions hereunder.
